Thruxton Circuit

Have you ever wanted to drive a Ferrari? Or perhaps you'd like to take an Aston Martin for a spin? Well, here's your chance at the thrilling Thruxton Circuit, one of the most iconic motorsport venues in the UK. Whether you are a lifelong petrolhead or a casual fan of high-performance engineering, this legendary track offers a professional environment to push world-class machines to their limits.
You can book yourself in for a 'driving experience', and you can take your pick from the world's flashiest supercars, including the latest high-octane models from Porsche and Lamborghini. Thruxton is famously one of the fastest tracks in the country, boasting high-speed sweeping corners that provide a true adrenaline rush—withno speed cameras, guaranteed! The fun isn't just limited to the main circuit, either. There's also a dedicated go-kart track, featuring a special circuit for children to ensure the whole family can get involved, and a rugged 4x4 centre for those who prefer off-road challenges. Vrooooom!
If you would rather take a break from the touring and get out of the driver's seat, then stay to watch the professional race meets at the circuit. The calendar is packed with variety; there’s cars, motorbikes, touring cars, and even heavy-duty truck racing. It’s the perfect place to witness the roar of the engines and the smell of burning rubber from the safety of the grandstands.
Address
Thruxton Motorsport Centre, Thruxton Circuit, Andover, Hampshire SP11 8PW
Directions from The White Horse Inn
To travel from The White Horse Inn to Thruxton Circuit, a distance of approximately 0.9 miles, head northwest on Wiremead Lane away from Mullens Pond. Continue onto Stanbury Road, following signs toward the village of Thruxton. At the village center, turn right onto the road leading toward the industrial estate and circuit, crossing over the bridge that spans the A303. While the journey is brief, delays commonly occur at the A303 junction and the narrow bridge, especially during major race weekends when high volumes of spectator traffic can cause significant tailbacks through the village and on the circuit’s access roads.
